Please take special note that the email option is last. Renegade Minds cannot guarantee the quality of your email provider or the accuracy of their spam & junk mail filters. The single most common support problem is caused by email providers filtering out support and license emails. Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail and many local ISPs all have very aggressive spam filters that regularly delete ham (good emails).
The support forums are your best option for reliable support.
License Support
All license support should be via email. Do not post in the forums for license support.
Please note that all licenses are emailed within 24 hours, and usually much less.
If you did not receive your license:
- Check your email junk mail box
- Whitelist the renegademinds.com domain in your email account or through your email provider
- Email us to resend your license
Email & Support Response Times
Email and support response times are almost always within 24 hours, but occassionally may take up to 48 hours. If you have not received a response within 48 hours:
- Check the Renegade Minds Announcements to see if it is because of international travel time. (A door-to-hotel-room-door trip to the United States takes about 36 hours.)
While support is a high-priority, there are rare times when we miss an email or circumstances prevent a timely response. In these rare cases, please understand that you are a priority and either post again in the forums or email again. You will be taken care of as soon as possible.
