It's just so nice to have support that is fast, and more importantly, accurate. The guys over at PureComponents really inspire confidence in their product when they get answers to me quickly.

Whenever I need support from a large company... Wow... Am I ever disappointed. I invariably end up waiting and the entire process is really long. While stuff often gets solved, it's just far more painful than it needs to be. Small companies really seem to be able to get answers much faster and easier and more accurately.

I suppose that's just another plus for all the micro ISVs out there.
