So I'm working away, on the weekend, and realize that I need to get/update my IPN.NET license. I drop Infralution support an email and get a very quick response. I get the upgrade to v2 on a Sunday afternoon, email in my license info and get the source lickety-split.

Infralution has a lot of fantastic software that I use. I've been using a lot of it since nearto when it came out. I just bought another source license for another of their components, and it's marvleous! I'm very happy with it and I've not even explored 10% of what I can do with it.

Simply put, Infralution stands as a stellar example for what other companies can aspire to: EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXCELLENT PRODUCTS. That's extremely rare to find.

Those that know me and about my Travian addition also know that I love the game and have nothing but good to say about it. They also know my profanity speckled rants about Travian Games and how abysmally they run things and how their customer service is simply the worst that I've ever seen, and even worse that not getting any customer service at all. I'm none to kind in my rantings about them, even though they do have a great product.

I'm quick to lavish praise on those deserving few companies that deliver great products and fantastic customer service, and equally quick to rend apart the many that deliver less (and often far less) than they should, or less than what would be deemed acceptable.

Judging a company on how they perform really isn't something that you can do by simply looking or "kicking the tires." I've been using Infralution software for 5 years or so now, and I ONLY have the highest praise for them. I know that I'll continue to use it going forward because at every step, my "customer experience" is simply great. Not good. Great!

I was using some forum software for DNN a number of years ago, and while the software was good, the customer service from the developer was simply horrid. I stopped using it simply because I didn't want to deal with an abusive vendor.

But there's a difference between companies that you leave, companies that you stick with, and companies that you stick with and are very happy to do so. I love Tabasco sauce, but it's not a company that I'm particularly enamoured with. They've got a great product, but it's really just not one of those kinds of things that you ever need customer service for. Consumer electronics are one of those areas where you inevitably need customer service. The only one that I've had decent customer relations with is Seagate Technologies for a hard drive that had a S.M.A.R.T. error and needed to be replaced. They gave me a new one real nice and fast with no fuss.

Anyways, back to the unrant... Just another very happy Infralution customer that would recommend their products to anyone in a heartbeat!
