Every Satriani song I have downloaded from iTunes will never upload properly because they are all MPEG 4 Audio Files. The program does not stall or crash. It just remains black. Any old song that is an MP3 works fine. These MP4s is really what I would like to get out of this program. Is it possible to import MP4s?

GDT does not support MP4 yet. As for iTunes MP4s, I'm not sure that it ever will. I'll look into it, but Apple locks down music they sell with DRM so that you can't use it outside of iTunes or your iPod.
