I have used Renegade Minds Guitar & Drum Trainer since March 2005 and have recently purchased v4 RC1. The trial version ran fine but since entering the personal license code there is no response after opening the first screens (Tips, Main and Controls & Options). The only access I have is by right clicking on the icon in the Windows Tray. From there I can open further screens etc. but still I cannot access these. I close it by using Exit in the tray icon. I have not used the word “freeze” as task manager says that the program is running.
I have checked the security settings and ensured all users have “full control” and have also checked that my anti-virus (Kaspersky) is not filtering the program in any way. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted the computer.
