No response after opening  (United Kingdom)
I have used Renegade Minds Guitar & Drum Trainer since March 2005 and have recently purchased v4 RC1. The trial version ran fine but since entering the personal license code there is no response after opening the first screens (Tips, Main and Controls & Options). The only access I have is by right clicking on the icon in the Windows Tray. From there I can open further screens etc. but still I cannot access these. I close it by using Exit in the tray icon. I have not used the word “freeze” as task manager says that the program is running.
 
I have checked the security settings and ensured all users have “full control” and have also checked that my anti-virus (Kaspersky) is not filtering the program in any way. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted the computer.
 
Computer Spec: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E6750@2.66GHz, Total Physical Memory 4.00 GB, Microsoft® Windows Vista™ Home Premium (x64) 6.0.6001 Service Pack 1, Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5

Could you send me a screenshot of it. This is the first report like it, and I'm not quite sure I know what's going on.

I don’t know how to send the images that you requested via the forum so I have emailed them. They look normal to me but there is no response beyond this point and I have to exit.

I checked the user folders as you suggested without success but I also looked in Program Files (x86)/Renegade Minds/Guitar and Drum Trainer v4 and checked the permissions for GDT4.exe.config (previously I had just checked GDT4.exe). I noticed that “Users” did not have full control and after changing this I can access the program.

Thanks for posting that Arthur. I'll look into it and see that this gets fixed.
