Delivery

Licenses are sent by email within 1 business day, but usually in less than 12 hours. If you have not received your license within 1 day, please check your junk mail folder and set your spam filters to accept email from renegademinds.com, then email Renegdade Minds to resend your license keys.

Upgrade Policy

The officially unofficial upgrade policy is here.

The short version is that upgrades are free whenever possible, but not promised or guaranteed.

However, upgrades that do not require patent-licensing within 1 year are guaranteed to be free. Any upgrades that include patent licensing within 1 year will be made available for a token fee to cover patent licensing and administration.

To date, no upgrade fees have been charged since GDT was first available in 2004.
